Free Cancellation

More than 24 hours before pickup

Full refund

Cancel at no cost if your plans change well in advance. Your full payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Partial Refund

12 to 24 hours before pickup

50% refund

Cancellations in this window incur a 50% charge to cover driver assignment and vehicle preparation costs.

No Refund

Less than 12 hours before pickup

No refund

Late cancellations are charged in full as the chauffeur and vehicle have already been allocated for your trip.

Booking Modifications

Need to change your pickup time, location, or vehicle? You can modify your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. Changes within 12 hours are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact our team to make changes.

Changes to vehicle type or service level may affect pricing. Any price difference will be communicated before confirming the modification.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.

  1. Submit your cancellation request via phone, email, or our website
  2. Receive a confirmation email with your refund amount
  3. Refund is credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
  4. Contact our team if you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe

Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or other extraordinary circumstances beyond your control, please contact us directly. We will review your situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a full refund or credit for future bookings.

Documentation may be requested to verify special circumstances. We aim to be fair and understanding in every situation.

No-Show Policy

If a client fails to appear at the designated pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show. No-shows are charged in full. Our chauffeur will attempt to reach you by phone before marking a trip as a no-show.

If you're running late, please call us immediately. We can often extend the waiting period if we're notified in advance.
